π Wiki
Do you often need a space to list all of your ideas quickly, somewhere to store your company's important SOPs, knowledge, or guide for onboarding new members?
Every company has its guides and onboarding process that we need to hand over to new team members. We also have a collaborative workspace to store all of the important documents.
The fastest and most efficient way to collaborate is to list everything down in a wiki or a document and then you can organize them on your board.
π How Wiki Works?
Project wiki is essentially a word document where you can type in any information you want for the project. Wiki is an infinite blank space that allows you to collaborate in with anyone in the project. With real-time updates and instant scrolls, you will find yourself writing away and publishing big ideas faster than ever.
βοΈ Editor Tool
When you open your wiki tab, instantly, you will see the editor tool which allows you to edit the docs however you want.
- Bold
- Italic
- Strikethrough
- Underline
- Headings
- Highlight
- Links
- Attach files/media
- Alignment
- Bullet points
- Indent and Outdent
- Emoji
- Gifs
- Undo
- Fullscreen
These are powerful enough for you to complete any SOPs, or guides or use it as a note-taking process for your meeting.
π If you notice while typing on your wiki, you will see the "slash command" action.
Type on your keyboard "/" to see the editor tool command, from there you can quickly edit your text to bold, italic, add bullet points @mention people, todos, and more. This will allow you to quickly type in your wiki without clicking any button.
π―βοΈ Collaboration
- Anyone in the project can edit the Wiki except for comment and view-only access.
- If you see a team member profile icon appearing on the right side of the docs that indicates that the person is viewing/editing the wiki with you.
- Tab on their icon to instantly take you to where they are on the wiki.
- While editing on the wiki, you can also see your team member's cursor.
π§π» Work with Wiki
With project wiki, you can easily refer to the todo by using the "@@" symbol to mention todos, this way your team members know exactly what todo you're referring to!
Once you've mentioned a todo, it will be linked and highlighted for you to instantly click for the todo to pop up, allowing you the easiest access to edit or add any notes.
Since the project wiki is an infinite doc, we allow you to create headings to easily follow it back through the outline of the left side of the wiki.
π Attach Files
Project wiki allows you to easily attach files by dragging and dropping or using the command "/attachment" option to upload any files to text.
