๐ Dashboard
Dashboard allows you to easily visualize data and tell a story on a single page. This highlights the most important information and insights, making it easy to quickly understand key trends and patterns. If you need more detail, related reports are just a click away.
๐ How to use Dashboard
You can choose from three types of charts: stat cards, bar graphs, and pie graphs. These charts enable you to track the progress of each project and identify areas for improvement. By building these charts, you can see all your projects in action and gain a deeper understanding of their performance.
๐ How to use stat cards
Stat cards provide a visual representation of your project data based on the value you have defined. You can choose to calculate the total value of all projects or select specific projects for the calculation. Essentially, stat cards help you quickly understand your project data and track your progress toward specific goals or benchmarks.
- Go to dashboard and click "Create Dashboard"
- Enter the name of your dashboard
- Click add new chart and select "Stat cards"
๐ Adding values to your cards
Each stat card enables you to add value by combining data from multiple projects or a single specific project. You can calculate these values using a formula, which you can customize based on the desired outcome.
- Click on "Add Value."
- Enter the title.
- Select the project from which you want to pull data.
- Click on "TodoCounts."
- If you want to be very specific, you can even choose from each list, by person, tags, or due dates.
- Click on "Add" once you're done.
- Once you're satisfied with your selection, create your logic by summing up the todo counts between the two projects you've selected.
โจ๏ธ Todos Custom Fields Calculation
Suppose you have budgets from several projects and you want to see the total amount of those budgets. In that case, you can add those projects to your stat cards, and the cards will provide you with an overview of the combined budget amount. This feature allows you to quickly and easily monitor your project budgets and make informed decisions based on the data.
- Go to "Create Chart" and add your values.
- Select "Todo Custom Fields."
- Choose which data you want to pull from: currency or number fields.
- Add another value for other projects.
- Create your calculation for budget fields. We recommend reviewing the display to ensure that the stat cards will be shown correctly.
After setting up your logic, make sure to check the display to ensure that the numbers are correctly shown on your dashboard. This step is essential to verify that your calculations are accurate and that the information displayed is meaningful.
๐ Pie Chart
Pie Chart offer a circular graph that visually represents project breakdowns. For instance, you can see combinations of projects from a specific list and their respective segments. Creating a Pie Chart is as simple as clicking 'Create Charts,' adding slices, assigning colors to each segment, and extracting the necessary values. Remember to set your preferred display format, such as currency, percentage, or number, for a more comprehensive view.
- Click Create Charts
- Select Pie Charts
- Click to "Add Slices"
- Enter your slice's name and pick a color!
